7987例农村参合育龄妇女妇科病普查情况分析

Analysis of gynecological diseases of 7987 women at childbearing age sharing rural cooperative medical care

目的了解农村妇女妇科常见病及多发病的发病情况。方法由妇科医师询问病史,填写妇女病普查表,实行一人一表制,进行个案登记。普查项目包括妇科检查、乳房触诊检查、阴道分泌物检查、宫颈刮片病理检查、阴道镜下宫颈醋酸/碘肉眼观察、红外线乳腺扫描及盆腔B超检查。结果实查7987例,查出妇科患病数为5435例,患病率为68.05%,前4位疾病依次为宫颈疾病27.95%、生殖道感染16.33%、乳腺疾病12.21%、子宫肌瘤8.79%。结论应加强各层面沟通与合作,普及妇女保健知识,增强广大农村妇女自我保健意识,强调妇检的重要性,群防群治,努力降低妇女常见病发病率,提高农村妇女健康水平及生活质量。

Objective To investigate common gynecological diseases in rural women and the incidence of disease.Methods The disease history of all the cases were inquired and census forms were filled individually,all cases registered.Investigated items included general gynecology,breast palpation,vaginal discharge,cervical scraping smear,colposcopy cervical acetic acid/iodine visual examination,infrared breast scanning and pelvic ultrasound B examination.Results Of the 7987 cases,5435 cases were detected with gynecological diseases,with the prevalence rate of 68.05%.The top four were cervical disease 27.95%,reproductive tract infection 16.33%,breast disease 12.21% and uterine fibroids 8.79%.Conclusion We should strengthen communication and cooperation at all levels,and popularize the knowledge of women＇s health and enhance rural women＇s sense of self-care.Meanwhile,it is important to emphasize the gynecological examination,prevention and treatment.More efforts should be made to reduce the incidence of common diseases and improve the life quality for rural women.
