摘要
以噻吩和乙酸酐为原料,噻吩与乙酸酐摩尔比为1∶1.2,在催化剂作用下合成2-乙酰噻吩。催化剂分别为碘、磷酸、磷钨酸时,收率分别为76.9%、77.4%、67.8%。产物经IR和沸点表征为目标产物。
2-Acetyl thiophene was synthesized by acetylation of thiophene with acetic anhydride.The mole ratio of thiophene to acetic anhydride was 1∶1.2.The yields are 76.9%,77.4% and 67.8% with the catalyt of iodine,phosphoric acid and phosphotungstic acid,respectively.The structure of target compound was confirmed by IR spectral characterization and boiling point.
