Cleaning Phosphorous of Immersed Liquid of Vanadium

讨论浸出钒液中磷的净化方法及条件。试验结果表明:温度、pH值、富集钒液的浓度、CaCl2用量对除磷有影响,并找出适合除磷的最佳工艺条件。

To discuss the methods and conditions of cleaning phosphorous in the immersed liquid of vanadium.The experimental result by CaCl2 cleaning phosphorous method showed that the influence factors had temperature,pH value,the concentration of vanadium―rich liquor,the adding volumes of CaCl2,and the optimal technoloqical conditions of clea-ning phosphorous were pH value was 8.0~9.0,temperature was 80~95 ℃,the concentration of vanadium-rich liquor was 19~22 g/L,the adding valumes of CaCl2 was based on the least volumes of phosphorous in vanadium liquid.
