摘要 目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和Survivin在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测39例子宫内膜癌和14例正常子宫内膜组织中COX-2、Survivin的表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、Survivin的阳性表达率明显高于正常子宫内膜组织(P<0.05);低分化和肌层浸润>1/2者的子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、Survivin表达明显高于中、高分化和肌层浸润≤1/2(P<0.05)者;子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2表达与临床分期无关。子宫内膜癌组织中Survivin表达与临床分期相关。COX-2表达阳性的子宫内膜癌,其Survivin阳性率明显高于COX-2表达阴性者(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2、Survivin在子宫内膜癌组织中呈高表达,呈现一致性。二者可能与子宫内膜癌的发生发展有关。 Objective:To investigate the effect of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and Survivinin in endometrial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of COX-2 and Survivin were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method in 39 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 14 cases of normal endometrium.Results:The expression of COX-2 and Survivin was significantly higher in endometrial carcinoma than in normalendometrium(P0.05).Over expression of COX-2 and Survivin in endometrial carcinoma was related to differentiation degree and depth of invasion(P0.05),but over expression of COX-2 had no relation to FIGO staging(P0.05).Over expression of Survivin in endometrial carcinoma was related to FIGO staging(P0.05).The expression of Survivin was significantly higher in cases whose COX-2 expressed positively than COX-2 expressed negatively(P0.05).Conclusions:COX-2 and Survivin are closely related with carcinogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.
