低场磁共振胰胆管成像对胆道梗阻的诊断价值

Low-field Magnetic Resonance Cholangiopancreatography Diagnosis on Biliary Obstruction

目的:探讨低场磁共振(0.5T)胆道成像技术对胆道梗阻诊断的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析了57例经手术病理及临床证实的胆道梗阻患者的胰胆管成像检查(MRCP)影像表现。结果:MRCP显示对于胆道梗阻定位诊断准确率为100%。定性诊断率为85.9%。结论:MRCP检查术是一种简单、易行、安全无创的检查技术,能提高胆道梗阻影像诊断水平。

To investigate the clinical value of low-field MRI（0.5T） biliary tract imaging diagnosis on biliary obstruction. Methods：Retrospective analysis of 57 patients with pathologically and clinically confirmed patients with biliary obstruction of pancreatic duct imaging（MRCP） image performance. Results：MRCP shows accuracy for diagnosis of biliary obstruction was 100%.Diagnosis was 85.9%. Conclusions：MRCP examination technique is a simple,easy,safe and noninvasive technique,can improve the level of imaging diagnosis of biliary obstruction.
