显微内镜行腰椎间盘摘除术临床效果观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨显微内镜行腰椎间盘摘除术的临床效果。方法2008年11月至2009年11月对单间隙腰椎间盘突出62例,术前行腰部x线照片、CT或者MRI检查,排除其他疾病明确临床诊断。在显微内镜下施行腰椎间盘摘除术。观察手术中出血量、术后离床活动时间、住院时间等。并进行临床疗效评定。结果术中出血量平均为(36.1±10.2)ml,离床活动时间(4.3±1.4)d,住院时间为(4.6±1.5)d。临床效果评定:优36例、良24例、可2例、差0例。结论显微内镜下腰椎间盘摘除术能够有效的减少术中出血量、患者能够较早的下床活动,创伤小,住院时间短.临床效果良好。
