电能计量失压失流计时仪自动测试系统的研制

Development on automatic test system for voltage-lossing and current-breaking time record meter used in energy measurement

电能计量过程中,因各种原因常造成电能表的失压、失流故障,引起大量电量的流失。但目前使用的电能表校验台并无失压失流检测功能,致使出具的检定证书受到质疑,从而引起电量的流失或计量纠纷。本文介绍一种运用先进电子和计算机技术,能够测试失压失流记录功能的自动检测装置。

Electric measurement error occurs as a result of losing voltage and breaking current for power meter.However,power meter checkout consoles are not provided with the function of voltage-breaking and current-losing measuring.So the checkout certificate will be oppugned,and measurement error and dissension will occur.This article introduces an automechanism of testing multifunctional power meters with the function of detecting voltage-losing and current-breaking through applying advanced electronic and computer technology.
