浅析配电线路保护状态检修的必要性和可行性

长期以来继电保护一直沿用预防性定期试验为主的计划检修体制,不论设备处于什么样的运行工况、有无影响安全运行的缺陷,都必须一律"到期必修"。随着电网的快速发展,继电保护设备成倍的增加,继电保护设备的技术成熟,计划检修管理体制已经越来越不适应现代建设智能电网快速发展的要求,需要探索新的继电保护检修制度。本文分析了配电线路保护实行状态检修的必要性和可行性,希望对今后实行状态检修发挥一定的作用。

Scheduled maintenance system which is mainly on preventive regular test has long been used in relay protection.The expired defect is required regardless the device operating condition and defaults which may affect operation safety.With the rapid development of power grid,scheduled maintenance management system cannot meet requirements of smart grid any more because of the incensement of relay protection equipment and the mature technology of the relay protection equipment.Therefore,a new relay maintenance system is needed.This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of condition-based maintenance for distribution line protection for condition-based maintenance relization in the future.
