Rasmussen＇s syndrome： a report of 1 case

摘要患儿，男，4岁3个月时出现发作性愣神，数秒可缓解。1个月后．开始频繁的右侧肢体单纯部分性运动性发作，100-200次／d。6个月后，发展成简单部分发作持续状态（epilepsi a partialis continua，EPC），予德巴金和水合氯醛治疗，发作减轻至约100次／d。
