纳洛酮联用BiPAP治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效分析

Effect of Naloutong and BiPAP on Treating COPD Patients Complicated withⅡ Respiratory Failure

目的:探讨纳洛酮联用双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法:对COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者共60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,在常规治疗基础上,对照组用BiPAP,试验组BiPAP联用纳洛酮1.2 g加入0.9%氯化钠溶液100 mL中静滴Q12 h共3 d,观察两组治疗前后患者生命体征与血气分析的变化。结果:治疗后两组患者的所有观察指标都有明显改善(P<0.05),2 h、48 h、72 h内试验组与对照组比较,改善更加明显(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为83.3%,试验组总有效率为93.3%。结论:纳洛酮联用BiPAP治疗COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭有较好疗效。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Naloutong and BiPAP on treating Chronic Obstructive pulmonary Disease（COPD） patients.complicated withⅡRespiratory failure.Methods：60 Cases with COPD complicated withⅡRespiratory failure were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.Two group were treated on the basis of convention.The control group based on tha was treatedwith BiPAP and experimental group was treated reappear with naloutong injection iv Q12h in one course of treatment of three days.The patients condition and blood gas analysis were recorded.Results：All items of experimental groupwere improved rapidly（P〈0.05） after ventilating hours,expression resuscitated was shorter than control group（P〈0.05,）.in 2,48,72 hours.effective rate of control group was83.3% and experimentalgroupwas93.3%.Conclusions：The clinical effect of BiPAP and naluotong on treating COPD patients complicated withⅡRespiratory failure have good effect.
