使用三维CAD软件SolidWorks对ZZ2转子进行三维实体造型,利用SolidWorks中的有限元分析模块COSMOS对ZZ2转子在混炼过程中的受力情况进行模拟分析,对转子的应力、位移和安全系数等进行模拟计算,提高了转子受力分析的准确性,给转子设计提供参考,提高设计效率。

Uses 3d CAD software SolidWorks for 3d solid modeling of ZZ2 rotor,uses COSMOS finite element analysis module of SolidWorks for simulation analysis of force situation of ZZ2 rotor in the mixing process.The stress,displacement and safety factor of the rotor are simulated,improves stress analysis accuracy of the rotor,provides a reference to the rotor design,improves the design efficiency.
