摘要
炮孔堵塞是爆破施工中的一个重要环节,堵塞长度对爆破效果有直接影响。为获得最优堵塞长度,基于炮孔深度、装药长度、底盘抵抗线和炮孔直径与堵塞长度的关系,分析比较炮孔堵塞长度的计算公式,并选取最优炮孔堵塞长度进行了现场试验,采取碎石(岩粉)作为堵塞材料,取得了理想的效果。
Blast hole stemming is the important links in blasting,its length has the direct impact on the quality of blasting.Based on the relationships of hole depth,loaded length,bottom burden,blast hole diameter and stemming length,the calculation expression of stemming length were analyzed and the the optimal stemming length was deduced.The blasting experiment which took gravel（rock powder） as stemming materials with optimal stemming length was carried out and the experimental results showed the quality of blasting was very good.
