工程量清单报价是国际通用的工程招投标方式,是科学的招投标管理模式。它更能适应市场经济规律的客观要求,加快工程招标投标价格的市场化,促进市场价格机制的形成,使工程招标投标价格在充分竞争中更趋合理。我国目前试行的工程量清单报价招投标有利有弊。
BOQ is the international project bidding method,is a scientific management model bidding.It can adapt to the objective law of market economy,accelerate project bidding price in the market,promote the formation of the market price mechanism,so that the full project bidding price competition is more reasonable.
