摘要
高校教职工收入问题是我国高等教育改革的重点和难点问题,文章通过问卷调查,对高校教职工收入分配模式进行研究,提出了二级目标责任管理收入分配机制,并对其进行了探讨分析。结果表明:以二级目标责任管理为主的校内津贴分配模式,调动了教职工的积极性,有利于提高教学和科研质量,更加充分的体现了收入分配的公平合理。
The problem of College staff income has always been the key factor of higher education reform.This paper analyzed the income distribution pattern of university faculty though questionnaires and empirical statistics,and propose a second-level goal responsible management allocation mechanism.The results showed that: the second-level goal responsible management school subsidy allocation model improved the quality of teaching and research,greatly aroused the enthusiasm of the staff,and fully embodied the equitable distribution of income.
