因公司原输送带压延生产工序中的卷取装置用的是交流力矩电机控制,存在维修费用高等缺点。经研究,采用开环转矩控制方式,使张力保持恒定,且投资费用低,有效解决了原有问题,满足工艺要求。

Since the wind-up unit of the original conveyor belt calendering production line was controlled by the DC torque motor, there were disadvantages of expensive maintenance costs. After studying, open-loop torque control method is used to make the constant tension and low investment costs, efficiently solve the original problem and meet the process reauirements.
