女性正常子宫内膜及卵巢对^(18)F-FDG的生理性摄取特点 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察女性正常子宫内膜及卵巢18F-FDG生理性摄取特点。方法收集107名经临床、B超、CT及随访证实为子宫内膜、卵巢18F-FDG生理性摄取的女性受检者的PET/CT显像资料。按照是否绝经分为绝经组(29名)及未绝经组(78名)。应用目测法及半定量分析法分析PET/CT图像特征,测量ROI最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)与卵巢最大直径(Tmax)。结果绝经组无子宫内膜及卵巢生理性摄取。未绝经组25名存在子宫内膜生理性摄取,多在排卵期及月经期,其中排卵期10名,平均SUVmax为4.0±0.6;月经期8名,平均SUVmax为5.1±0.9;35名有卵巢生理性摄取,排卵期多见,有28名,平均SUVmax为4.2±0.8。左侧卵巢Tmax为(2.4±0.7)cm,右侧为(2.5±0.5)cm。结论已绝经女性无子宫内膜及卵巢生理性摄取;未绝经女性在月经周期各阶段子宫内膜及卵巢生理性摄取各具特点。 Objective To observe the physiological 18F-FDG uptake of normal endometrium and ovaries in women.Methods A total of 107 women were examined using whole-body 18F-FDG PET/CT and were divided into postmenopausal group(n=29) and premenopausal group(n=78).All 18F-FDG PET/CT images were visually interpreted,the SUVmax and the maximum diameter of ovaries(Tmax) were measured.Physiological 18F-FDG uptake was confirmed according to menstrual history,ultrasonic and CT imaging.Results No physiological 18F-FDG uptake was observed in the endometrium and ovaries in postmenopausal group.In premenopausal group,physiological 18F-FDG uptake of endometrium was observed in 25 subjects,most in ovulatory period and menstrual period,including 10 in ovulatory period with the mean SUVmax of 4.0±0.6,8 in menstrual period with the mean SUVmax of 5.1±0.9.The uptake of ovaries was observed in 35 subjects,including 28 in ovulatory period with the mean SUVmax of 4.2±0.8.Tmax of the left and right ovary was(2.4±0.7)cm and(2.5±0.5)cm,respectively.Conclusion In postmenopausal women,no physiological 18F-FDG uptake is observed in the endometrium or ovaries.The physiological uptake of 18F-FDG in endometrium and ovaries has some characteristics in each level of menstrual cycle.
