岩层中常压下盾构更换刀具技术浅析

摘要 针对盾构在南京复合地层掘进中,施工参数异常,刀具磨损严重,需要选取围岩条件较好岩层,相当于一个天然加固体,通过先行确立刀具磨损标准、前期技术准备,在常压情况下进仓检查和更换刀具等系列施工技术,确保了作业质量和安全,并使隧道顺利贯通。 In view of the shield-driven tunneling in the Nanjing compound stratum,the construction parameter is unusual,the cutting tool attrition is serious,it needs to select rock layer with good adjacent formation condition,which is equal in a natural reinforcement body.Through the advanced attrition standard,establishment of cutting tool,the preliminary technical preparation,a senies construction technologies,such as inspection of storage and replacement of cutting tool under the normal atmospheric pressure,the construction quality and security have been guarn-teed and the tunneling construction project has been successfully completed.
