摘要
文章论述一种对粘土具有高适应性的新型接枝共聚物超塑化剂的研究与开发,其减水率可达30%以上,并且具有极佳的保坍效果。通过增加聚醚侧链长度和引入膦酸或磺酸基团,降低了粘土颗粒对接枝共聚物的吸附,使其具有对含泥量较高的骨料适应能力更强。在贵广铁路施工中得到较好的应用。
A new polycarboxylate admixture(SP1),which has good compatibility with slay was developed based on modern molecular design technology.SP1 can be dosed in small amounts to obtaining water reduction up to 30%,and also shows excellent slump retention ability.In addition,SP1 can reduce the adsorption amount on the clay greatly by incorporating phosphonate group and sulfonic acid group into the backbone.Thus SP1 shows good compatibility with aggregates which contains more clay,when compared with ordinary polycarboxylate polymers PC1.
