摘要
节能省地环保型住宅的可持续发展,是实现经济、社会和环境协调发展的重要前提。文章从节能、节地、节材、节水与环境保护5个方面,分析了节能省地环保型住宅的适用技术体系,并且从不同侧面构建了节能省地环保型住宅的评价体系。
The sustainable development of energy and land efficient housing is an important prerequisite of the realization of the coordinated development of economic,social and environmental.From energy,land,materials,water conservation and environmental protection,it analyzed the practical technology system of energy and land efficient housing,and build evaluation system of energy and land efficient housing from different sides.
