本文依据网络信息的丰富性、全面性与共享性特征展开了对我国网络信息采集实践中存在难点问题的科学探讨，总结了目前阻碍我国网络信息全面采集发展的主要因素并制定了切实有效的解决方案，对提升网络信息采集的准确性、全面性、高效性与适应性有积极有效的促进作用。

This paper based on the abundance of network information, comprehensive sharing features and launched a network of information collection on our existing practice of difficult problems in science,summed up the network information currently impeding the full collection of the main factors and developed a practical and effective Solution,to enhance the accuracy of the network information collection,comprehensiveness,efficiency and adaptability have active and effective role in promoting.
