摘要
化工机械设备的使用寿命和可靠性不仅仅取决于工作环境和运行工作状况，还取决于对于故障的诊断以及处理。作为一种较常见的事故，化工机械事故的危害性较大，本文概述了化工机械事故具有的危害性，提出了控制化工机械事故的一些主要措施，即有效控制不安全状态和行为，对有效的预防以及合理的处置化工机械类的事故具有一定的参考价值。
The life length and reliability of chemical machinary not only depends on working environment and operating conditions,but also on the judgement and treatment of the accidents.The paper explains the harm done by chemical macinery and puts forward some main measures to control the accidents.
