摘要
报道了头孢氨苄在悬汞电极表面的吸附行为。使用恒电位方波扫描法,测量了不同浓度的头孢氨苄在悬汞电极表面的微分电容曲线。结果表明:头孢氨苄在悬汞电极表面的吸附电位范围为+0.08~- 1.35V(VS.SCE),吸附类型服从Frum kin 吸附,吸附因数为0.84,吸附平衡常数为8.5×104,吸附自由能为- 37.4KJ/m ol.
The adsorption behaviour of celphalexin on hanging mercury electrode surface is reported. The differential capacity curves were mersured for the cephalexin solution of different concentrations on the hanging mecury electrode surface by potentioslatic square wave sweep methods. Experimental results indicated that the adsorption of cephalexin on hanging mercury electrode surface are in the potential range from +0.08Vto-1.35V(VS.SCE).The frumkin isotherm for adsorption was obeyed. The adsorption coefficient is 0.84. The equilibrium constant of adsorption is 8.5×10 4 and Gibbs free energy is -37.4KJ/mol.
