自制钴铬烤瓷合金机械性能的实验研究

Experimental Study on the Combining Strength about Homemade Co-Cr Ceramic Alloys as Basal Metals and Porcelain Systems

摘要 目的:测试自制钴铬烤瓷合金的机械性能,为其临床应用提供参考。方法:实验分2组,A组自制钴铬烤瓷合金,B组BEGO钴铬烤瓷合金,金属规格均为12mm×4.7mm×5mm,瓷层规格均为4.4mm×3.8mm×2mm,采用剪切强度测试法观察金瓷结合力。结果:A组金瓷结合破坏力为(33.31±1.30)Mpa,B组金瓷结合破坏力为(34.60±1.12)MPa,统计分析二者差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:自制钴铬烤瓷合金具有较强的金瓷结合力,值得在临床中广泛应用。 Objective:To compare the combining strength between different basal metals which were homemade Co-Cr Ceramic alloys and Imported materials and porcelain systems and to provide a reference for clinical applications.Methods:The combining strength of interfaces between different metals and porcelain systems were tested through shear bond strength assay.Results:There was no significant difference on shear bond strength between A(homemade Co-Cr Ceramic alloys) and B(Imported materials)(P0.05).Conclusion:Homemade Co-Cr Ceramic alloys have good shear bond strength and can be used in clinic.
