bFGF对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 早在1940年,Hoftman等在脑和垂体的抽提物中发现一种能够促进成纤维细胞生长的物质。1974年该物被分离纯化,并命名为成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)。FGF因对酸和热敏感,等电点呈碱性(9.6),称为碱性FGF(bFGF)。bFGF的生物学作用极其广泛,
