某发电厂2×640 MW进口超临界机组为法国ALSTOM公司设备,其3级抽汽逆止阀为德国ADMAS公司产品;自机组投运以来,两台机组4台3级抽汽逆止阀上盖法兰频繁发生上盖密封处泄漏事件,严重影响机组安全连续运行。同时,采用该发电厂同类型机组的其它发电厂也频繁发生类似事件,影响机组正常运行。在详细分析了阀门泄漏原因以及重点介绍了该阀的密封部件结构改造后,简述了改造取得的安全效果和经济效益。

One power station 2×640 MW import supercritical units are Alstom epuipments from France,and its 3 level extraction check valve are ADMAS production of Germany.Since the units put into operation,the 4 sets of three extraction check valve on two units cover flange seal leakage occurred frequently and seriously affected the continuous safe operation of the unit.At the same time,the plant which use the same type units of power plant are also frequent in other similar events,and also affecting the normal operation.In detailed analysis of valve leakage,and focuses on transformation of the structure of the valve sealing components,the paper briefly describes the safety effects and economic benefits which made in transformation.
