某生物质电厂发电机组凝汽器结垢原因分析

摘要 某生物质电厂循环水系统凝汽器端差偏大且结垢严重,通过统计2010年10月到2011年2月期间循环水运行记录和循环水的水质分析数据,分析了循环水系统凝汽器结垢的原因。结果表明,补水为高硬度、高碱度的结垢性水质,且水质波动比较大;运行过程中的pH、碱度和浓缩倍率都超过了设计标准,从而导致凝汽器管的结垢现象。建议电厂加强浓缩倍率的运行控制、合理调节循环水加酸和优化阻垢缓蚀剂配方,保证循环水系统安全稳定地运行。 It is described that scale and sludge existed in condenser,and its terminal temperature difference becoming larger.The reasons for condenser fouling were studied by operating log of circulating water system and statistics of water quality analysis of circulating water during 2010 Nov.to 2011 Feb.The results shows that high hardness,alkalinity and fluctuation of make-up water of circulating water,and the running pH,alkalinity and the concentration ratio exceed the designed standard,which resulted the scaling of condenser tube.It is proposed to strengthen the operation of power plant control,adjust the acid addition properly and optimize the formula of corrosion and scale inhibitor,which ensure the security and stability of the circulating water system.
