摘要
介绍我国投资体制的变革过程,对实行核准制后电网建设项目前期工作的内容、特点和面临的困难以及对核准制下安徽电网建设项目前期工作的实践进行了详细阐述。
This paper introduces the reformation of investment system briefly,and then expounds the working content and difficulties at earlier stage of power transmission project,in conclusion the paper offers some practical experience for the pre-project work of transmission project under the implement of project approval.
