摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、C-RP水平的变化与高血压的关系。方法选择原发性高血压组86例,正常对照组82例,正常对照组体检时采血,高血压组分别于洛伐他汀治疗前及治疗6周后采血。酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法检测TNF-α、IL-6水平,自动生化分析仪检测C-RP水平,高血压组与正常对照组比较,高血压组治疗前后比较。结果高血压组血清IL-6、TNF-α、C-RP水平明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.001),高血压组洛伐他汀治疗6周后血清中TNF-α、IL-6、C-RP水平较治疗前明显降低,差异均有显著性(P<0.001)。结论炎症可能参与原发性高血压的发生发展,洛伐他汀可抑制原发性高血压血管的慢性炎症反应。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum TNF-α,IL-6,C-RP level and hypertension in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods 86 patients with EH (hypertension group) and 82 healthy individuals(control group) were involved in this study.Blood samples were drawn when physical examination being performed in healthy controls.in hypertension group,blood samples were drawn before and 6 weeks after Lovastatin treatment,respectively.Used double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 levels and used automatic biochemical analyzer to detect C-RP levels.The comparison was performed between hypertension group and control group,between before and 6 weeks after Lovastatin treatment.Results The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,C-RP were higher in the hypertension group,compared to those in the control group,there was statistically significat difference(P0.001).The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,C-RP were significantly lower in the hypertension group 6 weeks after Lovastatin treatment,compared to those before treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P0.001).Conclusion These data indicated that inflammation may be involved in the genesis and the development of EH,Lovastatin can inhibit the chronic vascular inflammatory response of EH.
