动脉栓塞化疗术联合氩氦刀冷冻术治疗巨块型肝癌患者3年生存率观察

The observation of three-year survival rate for artery embolism chemotherapy in combination with argon-helium knife cryotherapy in treatment of patients with giant liver cancer

目的判断肝动脉栓塞化疗术联合氩氦刀冷冻术治疗巨块型肝癌的效果。方法 A组(治疗组)14例患者做肝动脉栓塞化疗术2次,氩氦刀冷冻术1次,B组(对照组)25例患者予以常规护肝、支持、对症治疗。观察指标:入院治疗后,随访比较两组病人自入院日算起3年的存活率。结果经治疗后,A组3年存活10例(71.43%),B组3年存活2例(8.00%),两组比较差异有高度显著性(P<0.001)。结论肝动脉栓塞化疗术联合氩氦刀冷冻术治疗巨块型肝癌有较好的效果。

Objective To summarize the outcomes of hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy in combination with argon-helium knife cryotherapy in treatment of patients with giant liver cancer.Methods Group A（the therapeutic group,n=14） patients underwent twice of hepatic artery embolism chemotherapy,argon-helium knife cryotherapy once.Group B（control group,n=25） patients were given conventional protecting liver,nutrition support,expectant treatment.The observation indexes： after hospitalization,follow-up and comparison of 3-year survival rate fron the date of hospitalization admission between the two groups.Results After treatment,10 cases（71.43%） in Group A survived three years,2 cases（8.00%） in Group B survived three years,in comparison of the two groups,there was statistically significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion The results of lhepatic artery embolization chemotherapy in combination with argon-helium knife cryotherapy in treatment of giant hepatic cancer are satisfactory.
