摘要
采用一步法和二步法研究了聚乙烯薄膜表面的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮光接枝反应,并用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪定性表征了反应结果。实验发现,光敏剂浓度对接枝率有一定影响;光还原时间增加,接枝率明显增加;聚合前期接枝率提高较快,反应后期增加缓慢;
The photografting polymerization of Nvinyl pyrrolidone (NVP) on the surface of LDPE film with photo grafting method was studied and LDPEgNVP was characterized by FTIR qualitatively. In the system the effects of photoinitiator and monomer concentration on grafting are not distinct,while photoreduction time, UV irradiated polymerization time and UV light intensity have more effects on grafting yield.
