摘要
本文通过对无水葡萄糖生产脱色工序的研究,提出采用混合脱色助滤剂的新型脱色过滤方法。采用该方法后,过滤后糖液澄清快,滤饼层含糖量低,板框运行时间长,过滤后糖液的澄清度与颜色指标得到显著提高,同时保证了无水葡萄的细菌内毒素的零含量,避免了热源反应。
This article through to study on anhydrous dextrose production decolorizing-process by using mixed decolorixing, puts forward the new filtration aid agent discoloring filtering method. Using this method,the filtered dextrose clarify fast. low dextrose content in filter cake layer, plate-frame long operation,filtered liquid clarifications degrees and color indexes have been significantly improve anhydrous dextrose, and ensure the dextrose bacterial endotoxin test zero content,to avoid the heat source reaction.
