摘要
结合目前风力发电机组、风电并网标准的特点和发展趋势,分别从电网和风电场的角度阐述了风电控制技术的现状,并对大规模风电并网的控制需求、影响因素等若干问题进行了探讨与展望。指出通过对风电进行有效的控制,可以在现有条件下,提高电网接纳风电的能力,保证电网安全稳定运行。
By combining characteristics and development trend of current wind generators and standards for wind power synchronization,the article respectively expounds status quo of wind power control technique in terms of power networks and wind farm;it also discusses and prospects need for control,influencing factors and other issues in large-scale synchronization of wind power.It is indicated that the effective control of wind power can promote admission of wind power to power grid and ensure the operational safety and stability under current situation.
