摘要
从系统的建设目标出发,对配网自动化系统的体系结构、方案设计、新技术应用及实施情况进行了介绍。系统主要通过对智能负荷开关的配置进行说明以及系统实施自动化要达到的目标为出发点,选取试点线路实施配电网自动化的建设方案,在馈线自动化功能上进行"三遥"不同控制方式下的应用,实现复杂网络结构下的故障检测与故障识别、故障自动定位和隔离、非故障区的快速恢复供电的功能,保证系统功能定位准确。从实际出发,有计划、有步骤地分阶段、分区域实施试点工作,应根据配电网试点的实际情况来确定未来茂名配电网自动化技术的走向。
Architecture,design scheme,application and implementation of new technology are introduced in connection with the goal of system construction.Configuration specification of smart load switch and the goal of system automation implementation are based to select construction scheme for implementing distribution network automation on experimental lines.The "three remotes" under different control modes are applied in feeder automation;fault detection and recognition,automatic location and isolation of faults,fast service recovery in non-fault area in complex network configuration are realized to ensure accurate location of system location.Experiments in selected places must be practically and designedly carried out in a planned way and in accordance with the areas and phases,and the tendency of distribution network automation in the future must be determined in the light of practicality of experiment unit of distribution networks.
