摘要
计算平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的接触线长度和了解蜗轮齿面接触区域的大小是蜗杆传动强度分析的基础。运用空间啮合原理等知识和数值积分的方法计算了蜗杆副接触线总长度,并提出了接触线总长变动因数的概念。
Calculation of the length of contact lines of a double enveloping wormgearing with planar generating surface and finding out the size of contact area are the foundation of strength analyses of wormgearing. This paper calculated total contact line length of worm pair by using the knowledge of the spatialengagingprinciple and numerical quadrature metheod, and put forward a concept of variation coefficient of total contact line length, and found out the actual size of contact area of tooth surfaces.
