摘要 随着渤海油田勘探钻井向深层发展,钻井风险逐渐增大,费用逐渐增加,如何有效降低作业成本是渤海勘探井作业一个比较棘手的课题。早期渤海井深4000m的勘探井身结构设计至少需要五层套管,但随着钻井技术的发展,渤海勘探井井身结构逐渐优化,节约了较多成本。针对渤海集束勘探钻井实施的Φ339.7mm套管作为隔水套管的局限性,从稳定性、相关配套设备技术及操作要点等方面对Φ508mm+Φ339.7mm表层套管二合一钻井技术的优越性进行了介绍。该技术的成功应用,势必将给今后的勘探钻井作业带来更好的经济效益。 How to reduce the operating cost is very important due to the increased costs and risk with the development of deep exploration wells in Bohai Bay. In Bohai Bay, the wells whose depth are 4 000 meters need at least five layers of well casing in the early years, and the well structure is optimized with the development of drilling technology now. Limitations of the Ф339.7 mm casing which is the conductor in the exploration wells was discussed in this paper, and the advantages of Ф508 mm+ Ф339.7 mm surface casing assembly such as stability and description of relevant technical and operational support equipment were introduced. This technology was applied to exploration wells and had a great success last year. It will bring high economic efficiency when using this drilling technology extensively for future exploration wells.
