A sort of new quaternary ammonium compound was synthesised, witch can be used as an antistatic monomer of polymer in polycondensation. The optimum condition for synthesising the tertiary amine by phase transfer catalysis reaction was found. High purity compound was obtained by the separation and purification. The composition and antistatic properties were investigated.
