摘要
技术创新是经济增长的重要动力源。揭示了技术创新对经济增长以及技术创新对产业结构升级的作用机理。技术创新对产业结构升级的推动是通过对传统产业的改造、新兴产业的兴起、落后产业的淘汰来实现的。技术创新、产业结构升级、经济增长之间具有密切的互动关系。加快技术创新，促进产业结构的升级，推动经济增长将是各国发展的必然选择。
Technological innovation is a spur to economic growth. How technological innovation affects economic growth and how it optimizes industrial structure are revealed.The way technological innovation optimizes industrial structure is realized through reforming traditional industry, establishing new industry and eliminating outdated industry. Technological innovation, optimizing industrial structure and economic growth are connected very tightly. So to speed up technological innovation, promote optimizing industrial structure and stimulate economic growth are necessary development choice for every country.
