电荷转移聚合法合成聚去氢枞酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯 被引量:2

Synthesis of poly(dehydroabietic acid acrylic glycol ester) by charge-transfer polymerization

摘要 从歧化松香中提取的去氢枞酸(DHA)出发,将其酰氯化后与丙烯酸(2-羟基)乙酯(HEA)反应,合成去氢枞酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯(DHAAGE)。并以DHAAGE为单体,苯胺/二苯甲酮络合物为引发剂,THF为溶剂,在紫外光照射下,通过电荷转移聚合(CTP)法合成具有苯亚胺基链端的聚去氢枞酸丙烯酸乙二醇酯(PDHAAGE)。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等对其进行了表征。同时考察了反应时间、引发剂浓度、反应温度等因素对单体转化率和聚合物分子量的影响。结果表明,聚合反应动力学曲线呈良好线性关系,其表观聚合速率常数kp'为5.0×10-5 s-1;随着反应时间的增加、引发剂浓度增大和反应温度的升高,PDHAAGE的分子量逐渐降低。 Dehydroabietic acid acrylic glycol ester(DHAAGE) was synthesized by the reaction of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) with dehydroabietic acid chloride starting from dehydroabietic acid(DHA).Then,poly(dehydroabietic acid acrylic glycol ester)(PDHAAGE) with phenylimino end group was prepared via the charge-transfer polymerization(CTP) of DHAAGE with aniline/benzophenone complex as an initiator and THF as solvent under ultraviolet irradiation.The resulting PDHAAGE was characterized by FT-IR,^1H NMR and GPC.The effects of reaction time,initiator concentration and reaction temperature on monomer conversion and polymer molecular weight were investigated.The results showed that the kinetic curve of the polymerization displays good linear relationship and the apparent polymerization rate constant kp′ is 5.0×10^-5s^-1.The molecular weight of PDHAAGE decreased with the increase of reaction time,initiator concentration and reaction temperature.
