摘要
以α-蒎烯为原料,经氧化和溴仿反应,得到蒎酸;蒎酸经酰氯化以及与苯胺类化合物的N-酰化反应,合成得到15个蒎烯衍生物———蒎酸基双苯酰胺化合物,其中12个为新化合物。利用1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、MS和元素分析表征了目标化合物的结构。初步生物活性测试结果表明:在100μg/mL浓度下,大部分目标化合物对油菜的胚根生长具有良好的抑制作用,其中化合物E3、E6、E8和E9的抑制率分别为80.2%、80.7%、86.3%和88.9%,均达到A级活性水平。
Pinic acid was prepared via oxidation reaction and bromoform reaction using α-pinene as a starting material,and converted into its dichloride.Fifteen pinene derivatives,diamide compounds containing pinic acid skeleton,were synthesized by N-acylation reaction of pinic acid dichloride with phenyl amines,in which twelve compounds were reported for the first time.The target compounds were characterized by means of ^1H NMR,^13C NMR,IR,MS,and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay showed that most of the title compounds displayed good growth inhibition against root of rape at a concentration of 100 μg/mL,in which compounds such as E3,E6,E8 and E9 had inhibitory rates of 80.2%,80.7%,86.3%,and 88.9%,respectively,and all reached A-class activity level.
