空气压缩机冷却水循环取暖节能技术

摘要 为解决SA250-6K型螺杆式空气压缩机高温停机的问题,以离心型潜水泵为动力,将热水通过不同规格的无缝钢管排至各室内,以达到循环、沐浴、散热、冷却的目的,不但能为室内供暖,而且也消除了空气压缩机冷却器高温报警停机的影响,确保了安全生产,符合节能减排的要求。 To solve the high-temperature shutdown problem of SA250-6K screw air compressor,using centrifugal type submersible pump as the driving force,hot water is discharged through different sizes of seamless steel pipe to objective rooms,to realize the purpose of cycle,bath,heat radiation and cooling.The implementation of above method can not only supply radiant in-floor heating,but also eliminate air compressor cooler shutdown problem caused by the impact of high-temperature alarm.The application of this method also ensures the safe production,and meets the requirements of energy conservation.
