摘要
孙庄采矿有限公司薄煤层工作面地质条件和水文地质条件复杂,薄煤顶板为富含水层且位于水平大巷以下,在掘进和回采时遇到的主要问题是断层多、顶板涌水量大。该矿在巷道掘进期间进行了治水工程设计,并优化了巷道布置;在回采厚0.8~1.1 m薄煤时,采用了国内无链牵引最矮机型MG100/230-BWD采煤机,增强了对地质条件的适应性。通过采取上述措施,改善了工人劳动条件,提高了资源采出率。
The geological and hydrological conditions are very complex on working face in thin coal seam in Sunzhuang Mining Co.,Ltd.,roof in thin coal seam is enriched aquifer,and is located below large horizontal roadway.The main problems in driving and mining are encountering with large amount of faults,and water inflow of the roof is large.Design for water control scheme was made in the period of roadway driving,the layout of roadway was also optimized.MG100/230-BWD coal winning machine was adopted while mining 0.8~ 1.1 m thin coal seam,the machine adopts the technology of no chain traction,and is the most shortest machine in our country.This machine is more adaptable for geological conditions.The implement of above measures improved underground working conditions,and enhanced recovery rate of resource.
