摘要
阐述了公共自行车系统的概念和国内外建设经验,特别是国内公共自行车系统的理论研究与实践进展,并在对比和总结的基础上,从3个层面探讨如何更好地进行城市公共自行车系统的建设。
This paper presents the concept of public bicycle system and construction experience of domestic and foreign cities.Focusing on the fundamental research and construction development of public bicycle system in China,the paper stresses that how to promote bicycle travel from three aspects.
