某游泳馆从建造至今已20余年,目前该建筑表观质量已出现明显的破损现象,钢筋混凝土材料强度亦出现明显的劣化现象,影响结构的安全性。为保证安全使用,对结构构件的表观质量、裂缝、混凝土碳化深度、抗压强度、构件内部钢筋分布及保护层厚度、钢筋锈蚀程度等等进行了全面的检测与分析;并对主体结构进行了安全性设计复核验算。在此基础上,对主体结构的安全性进行了综合评定,针对出现的问题提出了修复、加固及维护建议。
