Supervision and Study of a High-rise Apartment Building's Subsidence

结合工程施工测量,探讨了桩基高层建筑施工中的沉降测量及数据处理分析方法;采用指数函数,对观测数据进行回归分析,将拟合数据所得公式与工程实际相比较,两者拟合较好。特别指出,相对于普通的沉降测量,由于某些桩基可能受到上拔力的作用,基准点的稳定性更重要,其布设应更科学慎重。

Combined with practical engineering,this paper discusses the sedimentation observation and the data process and analysis methods.And a practical exponent function formula to fit the data of settlement observation is recommended.By comparing the formula obtained from the fitted experimental data with the empirical formula from literatures,both are quite consistent.Especially,because some piles may be pulled by force upwards,base points are more important to settlement observation for pile foundation skyscraper,and some adjustment methods maybe bring result with errors.
