浅议骋望骊都小区雨水收集利用

A Brief Discussion on Rainwater Collection and Utilization in Nanjing Lidu Residential Quarter

骋望置业骊都小区位于江苏省南京市江宁区科学园,属二类居住用地,小区总占地面积9.74 hm2。为南京首个获得国家绿色建筑设计评价三星级标识的住宅小区,文章结合项目的实际情况,就雨水收集、年均水量平衡、雨水处理流程等方面设计进行了阐述,为今后研究探索小区雨水收集利用提供设计参考。

Developed by Chengwang Properties Co.,Limited,Nanjing Lidu Residential Quarter is located in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park.It is built on the second-grade residential land,covering an area of 9.74 hectares.It is the first residential quarter in Nanjing,which is awarded as a three-star project under the national green building design evaluation system.The paper elaborates on the design of the rainwater collection,annual water balance,and rainwater treatment processing system in the light of the practical situations,aiming at providing reference to the future design of rainwater collection and utilization in residential quarters.
