摘要
基于不同控制机理制约不同反应步骤的分步反应燃烧机理,建立了RNGk-ε湍流模型和层流有限速率/涡耗散燃烧模型直接耦合的燃烧模型,采用TVD有限体积法,对充满等体积油气预混气的狭长密闭空间油气爆炸燃烧发生与发展过程进行了数值模拟。为了验证模型的正确性,根据计算结果分析了爆炸流场出现的火焰、压力波和化学反应等特征。所得计算结果对进一步研究气体爆炸安全及控制技术具有重要的学术和应用价值。
Based on the multi-step combustion mechanisms that multi-step reactions are determined by multi control mechanisms,the explosion combustion model in which the RNG k-ε turbulence model couples directly with finite rate/eddy-dissipation model is established for the fuel-air mixture explosion combustion in the closed narrow-long space,and the occurrence and development processes of volume-equal fuel-air mixture explosion combustion are numerically simulated with TVD finite volume method.According to the simulation result,the features of the blaze,pressure and chemical reaction are also analyzed to check the rightness of the model.The research result is of great science and application value for the safety and control of fuel-air mixture explosion.
