摘要
为消除毕业生就业难与用人单位招聘难之间的鸿沟,提高人才推荐系统的效能,真正实现人才推荐系统的实时化和自动化,提出并实现了基于实体与实体关系自动提取和数据挖掘的智能人才推荐系统.该系统不仅极大地提高了信息共享的实时化和自动化,而且解决了人才推荐和人才接受单位之间的矛盾,完成了人才资源的优化配置.
In order to eliminate the gap of employment difficulty between graduates and employers,improve the performance of personnel recommendation system,and truly realize the degree of real-time and automation of personnel recommendation system,this paper presents and implements intelligence personnel recommendation system based on Data Mining,automatic extraction of entity and entity-relationship.This system not only promotes the performance of real-time and automation of information sharing,but also resolves the conflicts between graduates and employers and achieves the optimal allocation of human resources.
