摘要
钣料渐进成形技术是国际上一种新型的钣料数字化制造技术,具有能快速成形复杂形状金属钣件的特点。在分析钣料渐进成形原理的基础上,根据渐进成形过程中成形工具在金属钣料表面的运动与普通铣削运动相似的特点,研制了一种基于PMAC运动控制卡的钣料渐进成形数控系统,它以通用的Windows操作系统作为开发平台,同时具有良好的硬件和软件开放性。并对控制系统硬件组成、软件体系及其实现方法做了详细介绍和分析。
Sheet metal incremental forming is a new technology for flexible process in the world,which possesses outstanding feature of rapid prototyping complicated contour sheet metal.During the process,the movement of the forming tool is similar to milling.According to this,this paper designs a new open numerical control system based on PMAC controller and Windows operation system platform,which has the character of software and hardware openness and introduces the hardware and the software structure of the open numerical control system in great detail.
