直线振动细筛设计

摘要 文中所设计的直线振动筛采用振动电动机激振,利用双电动机振动的自同步原理,使物料在筛网上被抛起,同时向前作直线运动。直线振动筛一般水平安装,占用空间小,且输送能力大,更适合于流水线作业,而且结构简单、容易操作、易维修。设计时充分考虑了筛分机械寿命低的缺点,采用了高强度钢结构螺栓作为振动筛的主要连接件,不仅满足筛分强度要求,而且便于维修。该设计采用UG三维制图软件为主要工具,按照振动筛设计规范JB/T 9022-1999进行设计,使用UG精确计算相关参数,并进行动态装配,模拟真实产品形态。 This article makes use of the principle of self-synchronization of dual-motor vibration to apply vibrating motor excitation to the straight-line vibrating screen.Then materials are tossed up on the sieve.The linear vibrating screen installed horizontally occupies smal space and its big transmission capacity makes the screen more suitable for pipeline operation.It has the character istics of simple structure,easy operation and maintenance.The high strength steel balts aare used as the main connector of the screen,in consideration of its low life.Not only its strength can meet the requirements,but also its maintenance is easy.Three-dimensional mapping sofftware UG is used in accordance with JB/T 9022-1999 screen specification to design it and to calculate the relevant parameters.At last,the screen is assembled dymamically to perform the real products.
