摘要
根据5 000 t油压机的实际工作情况,使用ANSYS软件对油压机进行有限元分析,求出应力、位移,找出其设计中的不足之处。以油压机油缸的建模为例,介绍ANSYS的轴对称建模方法的适应范围和所需要注意的问题,并根据初始设计的参数对油缸进行强度校核。通过对油压机构架及主要部件的分析,给油压机的总体结构优化设计提供参考。
The 5000t oil hydraulic press is analyzed for the finite element according to the actual working conditions by the software ANSYS to detect the design shortcomings and find out the stress and displacement.This paper takes the cylinder model for example to introduce the way of building axisymmetric modeling and the issues needing to pay attention in ANSYS.It also uses the initial design parameters to check the strength of cylinder,analyzes the oil hydraulic presses body frame and main components and gives a reference to the hydraulic machine optimal design for the overall structure.
